Cancellation Policy

If a client is running more than 10 minutes late, their service time will be shortened if it will affect our next appointment.

We require 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment without fees.

A fee may be charged for a missed appointment.

If you are sick, or have a fever, you must reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and clients.

In this instance, a fee will be avoided so long as it is not an often occurrence.

We accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, & Venmo. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to accept personal checks.
